Beauty Talk: Healthy, glowing skin

And by glowing we mean radiating health, happiness and youth, rather than a shiny glaze of sweat from puffing our way up a few too many flights of stairs… How do we get glowing skin? Simple. Whether by treating the body from within, or applying tricks of the trade to the exterior, glowing skin is not impossible to achieve. And here are ten simple steps to follow… GO GREEN A healthy diet can do wonders to the quality of your skin. Incorporate a healthy dose of vitamins and proteins in your daily diet and notice the condition of your skin change for the tremendously. Figs, radishes, spinach etc are great for healthy, glowing skin. Nuts like almonds are also known to improve the quality of your skin. DRINK AN EXTRA GLASS OF WATER Another simple tip, but a very important one. Drinking water is so important for many aspects of your health, but for glowing skin it is essential. There is no better way to flush the toxins from your body, so get that bottle filled and up your intake today. To add a little flavour, try a skin-soothing tea like chamomile or mint. TRY JUICING We're sure you've heard that glowing skin begins with what you eat, but when you're a busy girl on the go (like us) how the heck are you supposed to get in all your fruits and veggies?
